Last week Easy Company dominated the Band vs Band segment of Gashouse Live. On Monday they were taken down by Knoville’s Hudson K, and it looks as though this synth rock duo wants to dominate this entire week in the same fashion. Today they are going for their 4th straight win. We’ve been playing tracks from their new album Ourboros and the Black Dove which you can find on their Bandcamp page. Go to hudsonkmusic.com for shows dates, videos, and links to find them on your preferred social media.
Life on the Horizon will probably be their toughest challenge yet. The band is comprised of recording artists, professional songwriters, and audio engineers. This alt-rock band just released their debut album Coast (available iTunes, Amazon, and a special edition via their Bandcamp). Last week we sampled their single Pacific Coast, and our audience loved it. The album hasn’t even been out a week and there is already a lot of buzz around it, so today should be a very interesting match up. Follow the band on Twitter for more info and upcoming show dates.
Today at 6pm ET we’ll be playing 3 songs from both bands. While you listen to each, use our thumbs up/down buttons to tell us what you think. Your votes will determine which of these bands return to tomorrow’s show to face a new challenger. In addition to Band vs Band, we have new music from Sam Gough, Jim Kroft, and Louise Latham. Plus Charlie Silvestri of Up Close and Acoustic will be joining us in studio. So tune in and join the discussions in our chat room!
