philly drum project

If you are a drummer in the Philadelphia area, there is an extensive organization that is just for you. It’s called Philly Drum Project and it’s a community dedicated to sharing resources.

From lessons to open jams, Philly Drum Project really has everything covered when it comes to drummers in Philadelphia. Check out their  “Leave-A-Wingnut. Take-A-Wingnut” program where you can swap small equipment.

On Saturday, 6/21, Philly Drum Project is giving away a new 21″ Z Custom Hybrid Ride at their Play Along Percussion Party at Love Park. Sign up today to become a Philly Drum Project member to be eligible (it’s free). Then check in at the Philly Drum Project table when you arrive on 6/21 to get a free pair of Zildjian sticks (supplies limited) and a ticket for the free cymbal drawing. http://phillydrumproject.us4.list-manage2.com/subscribe?u=521bce7b7b228d84d77bf7638&id=5ad310788e. We’ve talked about Make Music Philly in the past, and this is another great opportunity to get involved.

Look for DrumPhil in the near future: a one-day drum set workshop for high school students. Stay tuned to phillydrumproject.com for more information.

Resuming in August is the  Monthly Beats, Brews, & Banter event – this is the first Monday of each month. Look for more information on this monthly event son on GashouseRadio.com.
