Kid Felix in studio, and whole lot more tonight, 6pm ET

The last time we spoke to Kid Felix they played one of our Victorian shows, back in January of 2012. Since then the band has grown quite a bit and played some major shows along the way. In March they toured the northeast in support of their new EP Rivals. According to their Reverbnation page, the band is continuing that momentum straight through spring.

We’ll be seeing quite a bit of Kid Felix in the coming months. This Saturday they’ve got a big show at Ardmore Music Hall. On May 3rd they will be at the South St Spring Festival, and in July we’ll be seeing them at Jam at the Dam. Tune in tonight to hear more about the upcoming Kid Felix shows, as well as an acoustic set.

In addition to Kid Felix, we also have a ticket giveaway to announce, updates on the IndieGogo Campaign, and a handful of new music to debut on our segment The Radar. Here are the bands currently on The Radar:

Shinobi Ninja: This Brooklyn Band has been a part of Gashouse Radio since the beginning. They are an amazing band, and they just released a new single. The track, Amped to 12, will be featured in the new Marlon Wayan’s movie Haunted House 2!! Check it out tonight on Gashouse Live.

HitardaThe Hitarda Project was created by two talented and extraordinary music producers, Filipp Logvinenko and Ann Muse, which are part of Filipp’s Music Team.
In their spare time, composers Filipp Logvinenko and Ann Muse give free rein to wild imagination and crazy energy that result in a seductive mix of dance rhythms and guitar riffs. It was through this unique collaboration that Hitarda, with one of the best female singers as a front girl, was born.

Undergun: This Philadelphia band has already spent some time on The Radar, but our listeners continue to vote them up. So much so in fact that their song Ten Cigarettes has been at the top of the Top 10 Countdown for almost 2 weeks. Tune in to see if Undergun can continue their reign on The Radar.
