Rob started out calling games on Wissahickon TV (where The Trojan Spirit lives) before interning at sports radio 610 WIP in the PR department. Quickly Rob moved on as Big Daddy Grahams’ intern, eventually landing his own segment on the show called “What Happened On This Day”. WNPV 1440 AM in Lansdale, PA was Rob’s next move as he hosted the Intelligencer Score Board Show. Soon after Rob started his own show with the help of the now famous Glenn.

In the beginning, The Rob Velivis Show  was all done from his house using only a cell phone. With the help of Ambler’s own Jay D Clark Gashouse soon picked up the show and that’s when the program really hit its stride.

With the help of C.M Carrol, the owner of Toil Records, The Rob Velivis Show finally had a full-fledged studio. Brian Gallagher came on board when he heard about the show from jail with his cell mate Bubba.

It wasn’t long before others joined the team. Bee Cee fell into our lap and Elllis from Philly stopped in one night and has never left. The beautiful Leanne Marie started as a guest and became such a hit on the show that she was immediately added as a permanent co-host.

Mr. Miles, a staple in our chat room and the king of the one liners, stops by the show from time to time as well.

In just a short time The Rob Velivis Show has accomplished some major goals. From interviewing all-time favorite CKY to broadcasting live from the AVN awards in Las Vegas, Velivis and his team manage quality entertainment every Sunday night.
