Attention bands, your music could be included in this awesome compilation album put together by a company called Bamboo Skateboards. We’ve worked with these guys in the past, and its a very cool company. Bamboo Skateboards is an ecologically-based skateboard brand and manufacturer of high quality skateboards made from sustainable bamboo from managed forests.


Each year the company puts together a compilation album, and they are looking for submissions for this year’s comp, but you must hurry, deadline for submission is this Saturday, June 1st! There’s been some major artists on these compilations in the past (Slightly Stoopid, Pepper, Soul Sanctuary) so this could mean major exposure for your music.


Bamboo Skateboards invites artists for Green Washed Ritual III.


Music compilation has potential to reach millions of action sports enthusiasts.


OCEANSIDE, CA—May 20, 2013: Bamboo Skateboards is inviting musicians to submit one song for the Green Washed Ritual III.  This music compilation will feature artists that want to raise awareness for environmental sustainability.  Artists included on past compilations were Story of the Year (Epitaph), Medina Lake (Roadrunner), Ana Lovelis (DKE), Arthur Autumn (Out of Step), Slightly Stoopid (Law) and It Dies Today (New World).


Up to 100,000 digital download cards will be given out with each skateboard sold online by Bamboo Skateboards. Distribution will also take place at various events associated with presenters across the country, including but not limited to the X-games, Vans Warped Tour, Maloof Money Cup, Surf Expo, Tampa AM, AGENDA, as well as many digital and viral efforts via the Internet.  There is the potential to reach millions of action sports fans.
