the terribles

We have a big night of radio on Gashouse Live tonight at 6pm ET. There are a lot of things to pack into the show, so make sure you tune in at 6pm and stay with us all night!

First, I was out of town for a few days, and I heard all sorts of things happened in the Philly music scene. So we have a lot of catching up to do from the weekend, and we’ll discuss the location for Gashouse Radio’s next branch…

Jen of Fallen Angel Bookings will be back on the show tonight to fill us in on some upcoming dates at Shady Katie’s. It’s always good to have Jen in studio so I’m sure there will be some great music discussion tonight. It’s Monday so Dave will be co-hosting as well, and of course Amber and Kelly will be taking over the last hour. So expect a lot of topics being covered in the 4 hours of Gashouse Live; like I said a big night for radio.

Let’s not forget the music! Everyday we bring you a handful of new bands, and new releases. Today we have music from:

: This is a great Philly band that we haven’t heard from in awhile. They were one of the few bands to play our Victorian shows a few years back. Their first album, King Geek, is phenomenal and recently they released a new album Suburban Sunshine. You can grab that album at This Friday they are playing 502 South along with NarK, Welter, Scatterbrain and Proof and Proving.

: Wild By Law is a Philly based Alt Rock band who wishes they could play music all friggin day Damn it! We love seeing other awesome bands from the area and hope to play with a bunch of them soon!

REVERBNATION PICK Reverse Order is a Pop/Rock band whose music and performances have captivated audiences across America. The band was a recent finalist on America’s Got Talent and has a Grammy nominated single, “GO”. They are currently on tour performing at colleges and high schools across the US.

REVERBNATION PICK My New Vice was conceived in 2007 in a garage in Portland Oregon and since have released three full length albums and is currently working on their fourth. My New Vice are known nationally for their live performance as a band to be reckoned with. A perfect mixture of vocals, two lead guitars, deafening bass & powerhouse drums. Make no mistake about My New Vice, they are a unstoppable machine in the name of rock & roll.

The Terribles: In our segment The Radar, The Terribles have been the highest voted band 4 days in a row and today they are going for #5. Only 1 other band has had this long of a run so far in 2014. They are a high energy Philadelphia band that epitomizes rock n roll. Check them out on Facebook, and see them next Friday, April 4th at the TLA.

That is a lot of stuff to cram into 1 radio show. Make sure you bring your comments to our chat room, and join the discussions. It’s a big night of radio on Gashouse Live tonight at 6pm ET and we want you to be a part of it!
