Tonight Amber Ladd will be performing a rare acoustic set in studio, 6pm ET
Amber is no stranger to Gashouse Radio. In addition to her weekly segment (Mondays 9pm on Gashouse Live) she’s done a few online performances here in-studio as well. As recently as last week, she did her electronic set in studio for a 420 celebration. Normally, her sound is very unique and complex with a live show that is equal. Tonight, we get to hear the Amber Ladd acoustic version of her set. Rumor has it that we might even get a new song on-air tonight.
In addition to the Amber Ladd acoustic set, Amber has a few upcoming gigs in the near future. This Saturday, 5/3, she is a part of the Gable Music singer/songwriter showcase at World Cafe Live at the Queen. May 18th she’ll be down in Atlantic City for the Elephants for Autism festival, and Saturday May 31st Amber is playing the Rock 4 Paws Festival in Medford, NJ. Because of the launch of the new website, and yesterday’s live remote at The Bottle Shop, our segment The Radar has been suffering a bit. That does not mean that we are lacking in new music! Tonight we have the debut of Rhythm Tryst, our current Radar champs Wine & Spirit, and if you missed it yesterday, we have a brand new track from East of the West!
Rhythm Tryst: RHYTHM TRYST is: Roots ROCK-coustic ©, Stomping PROG, and Indie Americana. Notes woven from wire and vine. Orchestrations to lilt your eyelids from the inhale of a lost moment – truly inspired listening to share.
Wine & Spirit: This Pittsburgh band has received high praise from our listeners. Not only did they make them the highest voted band last Tuesday on The Radar, but since then the band has been in our Top 10 Countdown (everyday at 5am and 5pm ET). On Wednesday, May 14th they will be at Dobbs for the open mic, and then Friday May 16th they will be performing a full set at the same venue. Check out wineandspiritmusic.com for news and updates.
So don’t miss Gashouse Live tonight at 6pm ET! The Amber Ladd acoustic set will be great, the new music will be awesome, and the entertainment will be better than anything you will find on TV or terrestrial radio!
